When you make a booking through Oby Lombok Tour, you'll receive a unique booking code. A booking is considered pending until payment is confirmed by our team, after which its status changes to confirmed.

Payment instructions are provided after checkout. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment isn't received within a reasonable timeframe.

To cancel or change a booking, contact us with your booking code as early as possible. Refund eligibility depends on how close to the travel date the cancellation request is made — contact us directly for the applicable terms on your booking.

Please arrive at the pickup point on time and bring a valid ID. Oby Lombok Tour isn't responsible for delays caused by a traveler missing the scheduled departure time.

Tours, transport, activities, and private boat services are operated by trusted third-party operators. While we vet our partners, Oby Lombok Tour is not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including weather-related delays or cancellations.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our booking service after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
